Chytré sluchátko from your practice system
From a practice management system that can launch external programs (SmartMEDIX, Medicus, PC DOKTOR, AIS CTMOS and others) you open Chytré sluchátko on the patient you are working with. The system needs no connection to Chytré sluchátko, only a link set up once.
Setting up the link
- Open
app.chytresluchatko.cz/link-settingsand sign in with the practice account. - Copy the address for your system:
- for SmartMEDIX it is ready; SmartMEDIX fills in
%RODCIS%,%CELEJMENO%,%DATNAR%,%POHLAVI%and%MOBIL%itself; - for other systems there is the general shape. Replace the words in curly brackets with the variables your system uses for the birth number, full name, date of birth, sex and mobile. Their names are in the system's documentation and differ from system to system.
- for SmartMEDIX it is ready; SmartMEDIX fills in
- In the practice system open Configuration → External programs (the name may differ) and add a program Chytré sluchátko with this address, opened in a web browser.
With the birth number or mobile in the address the patient is found straight away. If both are missing, Chytré sluchátko shows a form and you add the mobile there.
Using it
Launch the external program Chytré sluchátko on a patient. A new browser tab opens on that patient.
The first time in a browser you sign in with the practice account (email, password, and the two-step verification code if the account has one). The browser remembers it and next time the patient opens straight away.
- Chytré sluchátko finds the patient by the birth number. If it does not have them yet, it files them with the data from the link.
- Without a birth number it looks them up by the mobile. If it finds nobody it shows a form filled in with the data from the link and you file the patient with one confirmation.
- If the link carries neither, you get the same form. The data from the link are locked in it, you add the mobile, and the patient is found or filed by it. If the mobile belongs to a patient you already have, their existing profile opens and no new one is made.
- The name, date of birth, sex and mobile from the practice system are not edited in Chytré sluchátko: every opening takes them over again, so what is in your system holds.
What happens with the data
The patient's data sit in the address after the # sign. Browsers never send
that part of an address to the server, so it shows up in no log. Chytré
sluchátko reads them in the browser, after you sign in.
We do not store the birth number. We keep only its fingerprint (an HMAC), by which we recognise the patient next time. The birth number cannot be recovered from it.
