Credit and pricing
Calls are paid from prepaid credit. The charge is per started minute, and only for a call somebody answered.
Prepaid credit, charging by the minute, and topping up.
Tariff and top-up

The tariffs at the top, the credit packs below.
Tariff in the top bar.
Monthly tariffs are still being prepared — Mini, Starter, Pro and Business are shown on the page, but cannot be switched to yet. We will say when they can be. Until then, prepaid credit applies.
If you call more than the monthly plans hold, get in touch through Individual tariff — we will agree a rate to fit.
How to top up
- Pick a pack and press Order.
- The application shows the account number, the amount and the variable symbol.
- Transfer exactly that amount under that symbol.
The credit is added once we match the payment — usually the next business day. Until then nothing changes, and scheduled calls run on what is left on the account.
Proof of payment is sent by e-mail.
The top-up bonus
On the larger packs you receive more credit than you paid. The difference is the bonus volume — each pack says how much of it there is and how much credit you get in total.
One thing to watch: the bonus is tied to the top-up. If you ask for the money back, the bonus lapses with it (see below).
Usage

Remaining credit, minutes called, and every movement on the wallet.
Usage is reached by clicking the credit figure in the top bar. What it shows depends on your tariff:
The month follows Prague time, and the Flat and Individual figures reset when it starts.
Below is Wallet movements — every top-up and every charge, with its rate, the change and the balance after it. The balance on the last line matches the figure in the header; it is where you check a discrepancy.
Trial credit
Once its e-mail address is confirmed, a new account receives credit for roughly thirty minutes of calls. It is not a payment, so it is not refundable — but nor does it expire.
Low-credit alerts
When a fifth of the last top-up is left (for a bundle, when four fifths of the minutes are used), we e-mail the account's address. You can get the same by text message or a short phone call too. In Settings under Credit alerts, first fill in the Alert phone in international format, for example +420 777 123 456, then switch on SMS or Call. Both are off at first and cannot be switched on without a number.
- The number is used only for these alerts. It is unrelated to the profiles' numbers and is not verified by a code.
- Each channel that is on alerts you on both events: credit running low and credit spent. Nothing is sent over a channel that is off, e-mail included.
- Texts and calls are free; they do not use up credit.
- The call plays the same message as the text, twice in a row. Between 9 pm and 7 am we do not call; the call waits until 7 am. Texts go out at once.
- When the account is deactivated, the alert phone is deleted.
When the credit runs out
When prepaid credit no longer covers a single started minute of a call (per the price list, 6,50 Kč today), scheduled calls do not happen. The application shows the balance exactly, haléře included. The application shows a red banner "You are out of credit" with a "Top up credit" link. On a Flat or Individual tariff the banner never appears and calls carry on. Nothing is lost: after a top-up calling resumes on the schedule, only the times missed in the meantime are not made up.
Refunds
Credit does not lapse by the passage of time.
We refund unused credit — at any time during the contract and on its termination. Ask at info@querybeam.eu and we send the money within 14 days, by the same means we received it.
What comes back is the money you paid, less the calls made. The bonus volume goes with the refund; trial credit stays with you. The application shows the exact refundable amount.
Withdrawing within 14 days
Within 14 days of entering the contract you may withdraw without giving a reason — a message to info@querybeam.eu is enough. If calling has meanwhile begun, you pay only the proportionate part for the calls made; the rest of the credit is returned.
The detail is in Art. 5 and 6 of the terms of service.
